Aroma - Light and fresh. Citrus fruits, vanilla, fruit cake. Oak prominent throughout.
Taste - Good balance. Smooth, medium body, delicate honey and mild orange.
Finish – Quite long; lingers on the palate.
Cask - Matured in refill American Oak casks.
