Springbank Local Barley Aged 9 Years Campbeltown Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Nose: Biscuit-y malt and freshly ground nutmeg, backed up by spicy peat and salted peanuts. Palate: Waves of rich honey start things off, followed by more baking deliciousness in the shape of Victoria sponge. Rye crackers, apricot and quince. A good waft of toasty smoke brings it all together. Finish: Macadamia nuts, pear, sultana and coastal air.
