Palate: Medium mouthfeel. Banana sundae, very dessert sweet. Ginger spice, rice grain sweetness (very distinct notes that only come from rice whiskies (e.g., Fukano)). Finish: Medium. Some trailing ginger spice (even though it’s only 43% ABV), more banana sundae dessert notes, sweetened caramel candies, rice whisky sweetness stays on the finish.
