Plume Frapin Cognac Grande Champagne

 It took over 6 decades for the wine to age within the century-old barrels within Frapin's cellars - only then were they deemed ready to be woven into the art that is this top-notch Cognac. Thanks to this meticulous process, it is a strictly limited edition, with only 500 numbered bottles being created.
Eye:
Beautiful orange-brown color.

Nose:
Powerful and complex. Fruity notes of dried apricot, fig, orange, liquorice, and tobacco. A favorable cigar box aroma appears with airing.

Palate: 
Woody notes, prunes and candied fruits. The Rancio flavor is well developed and the finish is exceptionally long. The flavor evolves greatly in the mouth.
