Taste: Very rich and creamy. Oak and more oak, however it is not bitter or overly oaked. Followed by leather, and crunchy marshmallow that reminds me of a vanilla bean creme brulee.
Finish: Lingers for quite a long time, quite tannic but I love it. More oak, the vanilla is hanging around, and barrel char.
