Nose - There’s a rich and meaty smoke, like beef jerky and Iberico ham followed by toffee, salted popcorn and honeydew melon.
Palate - Initially dark forest fruits and prunes, then a rich creaminess, amaretti biscuits and sweet dried coconut. This is balanced with fennel, pine needles and a delicate spiciness.
Finish - It’s a delicious smooth finish with a citrus/ orange tang, concluding on a luxurious velvet note with a touch of smoke
