Laws' Batch #4 Centennial Straight Wheat is a blend of 22 barrels with an average maturation time of 5 years, 5 months. The mash bill is 100% Centennial wheat, 50% raw and 50% malted. Made from a single season's harvest of Centennial Wheat, the heirloom spring soft white varietal grown for us in the San Luis Valley, this is the first wheat whiskey to be Bottled in Bond in Colorado, which, fittingly is known as the Centennial State. Nose: Mountain strawberries, orange marmalade, alpine meadow and wildflower honey. Flavor: Jasmine tea, sage, spruce tips and pink peppercorn.
