Del Maguey Minero Mezcal

Maguey Minero Bottling Note A delicious single village Mezcal made in Santa Catarina Minas in Oaxaca. This is an unblended spirit, Minero is distilled in a still made of clay and bamboo! Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt Nose: Floral and citrusy nose with lemon balm, caramelised sugar, a little dark honey and agave. Palate: Rosemary, notes of fig, dates, custard apples and peppermint. Finish: Long and smoky, hints of vanilla and fruit.
