Small Batch Hand Crafted Our Copper Fiddle Distillery Gold Rum is a bit different than your typical aged or gold rum. Instead of aging our Silver Rum in new charred American oak barrels, we place it in our used bourbon barrel wood to capture the color and flavor of the bourbon that was previously being aged. The result is remarkable. The flavor of our Silver Rum is enhanced and rounded out by the bourbon that was previously in contact with the charred American oak wood.
