Copalli Organic White Rum

Our organic single estate rum is made from three ingredients sourced from our farm in the heart of the rainforest in Southern Belize.
The double distillation of our sugarcane juice, blend of pot and column still distillation, and the long resting of the finished product on stainless steel creates a smooth white rum that’s as good served straight on the rocks as it is showcased in a daiquiri.
