American Oak Westland American Single Malt Whiskey (no box)

This American Single Malt is distilled in Seattle using 100% malted barley (in Scotland, this is required for single malt production, in America there are no such regulations). The malted barley, 90% sourced from Washington State, is comprised of 5 different types: Munich, extra special, brown, pale chocolate, and Washington Select. Additionally, a strain of Belgian brewer's yeast is used. Unlike most Scotch single malts, this is aged in new American oak barrels.
