The grapes were hand-harvested and underwent a lengthy cool fermentation period in small vats, that allow for maximum polyphenols extraction.
The wine is aged for 20 months in French oak barrels.
After bottling, the wine matured for a further 36 months in the bottle before being marketed.
The wine is balanced, soft, with a rich body and fragrant aromas of cherry, chocolate, black pepper, and a pleasant finish of aromatic spices.
