Nose: Sweet cherry custard with brown sugar undertones. Light, spice, almost no alcohol. Strong hints of buttery, caramelized sugar + fruity candy. Subtle toasted oak.

Taste: Tip of tongue creamy sweetness, fruity candy. Growing spice toward mid palate with cantaloupe pear, banana. Back of palate cinnamon, lots of sugary wood, broad and deep spice.

Finish: Banana bread. Light and creamy finish after the back of palate burst of incredible spice and flavor. Almost no bitterness or wood. Fruity brown sugar, hints of citrus candy.
