2019 Filus Reserve Malbec

Violet color. Aromas of black currant, pencil lead, black raspberry, and cigar box with a velvety, dry full body and a warming, complex, very long, black raspberry, dried plums, bacon fat, and cherry cola finish with medium tannins and heavy oak. Throw this in a blind tasting with a cult California Cab, an Aussie Bordeaux Blend and a Classified Bordeaux and it's coming at 'em swingin'.
