11 Minutes 2020 Pasqua Rose Wine

Fabulously pure, this wine is replete with fragrances and flavors of field strawberry-water and watermelon essence. That is to say that it is rather delicate. Elegant and discreet, however, are not suggestions of weakness. In fact, this rosé has loads of concentrated flavor and a lovely, mouthcoating texture followed by a whisper of acidic lift.. Everything is perfectly in tune here with minerally and savory – almost smoky – notes nicely balancing the youthful and succulent red fruit.
