Dewazakura Yukimanman (Snow Country)

The Dewazakura Yukimanman is a Genshu from the Dewazakura Brewery that is aged for 5 years at 23 degrees Fahrenheit. Its English name is ‘Snow Country’ and it belongs to the Yamagata Prefecture. The sake is well rounded, full bodied and mellow. It has a smoothness that comes from being aged for several years at low temperatures. The sake has an aroma of citrus and flowers. The first sip reveals a fresh and clean flavor that is reminiscent of tropical fruits. The sake tastes great with seafood and chicken dishes.
